Another Gilas standout is heading to the land of the rising sun. Dwight Ramos announced earlier this month that he's joining the Toyoma Grouses in the Japan B.League. With the decision, Ramos is forgoing his only year of eligibility in the UAAP. Dwight is among eight Filipino basketball players who've signed with teams in Japan. He joins local basketball stars such as the Ravena brothers, Kiefer and Thirdy as well as Juan and Javi Gomez de Leaño.
